Personal Finance Society celebrates 15 years

The Personal Finance Society (PFS) will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2020 with a strong membership of 40,000 individuals.
The Society has grown from strength to strength over the last decade and a half and continues to pride itself on driving professional standards and enhancing consumer trust in the UK financial planning profession.
Looking ahead, the future of the PFS looks ambitious. Increased engagement and influence with government bodies, regulators and consumer groups have enhanced the value of the Society coupled with its evolution since launching in 2005.
As we enter a new decade, members can expect to see a return of FCA speakers to the roster of events, further developments on the creation of Pension Advice Taskforce and the Pension Transfer Gold Standard, which is sparking interest amongst stakeholders across the sector.
