Saidolim Nasretdinov biography

Saidolim Nasretdinov, Ph.D. started his insurance career with NEIIC “Uzbekinvest” as a leading specialist in 1995 after finishing Tashkent State University in 1992. Further he held the role of senior manager in various departments of NEIIC “Uzbekinvest” until 2011, and was then appointed as General Director for “DD General Insurance LLC” Insurance company. Currently holds the position of Chairman of the Executive Board of “KAFOLAT Insurance company” JSC. 

While working in NEIIC “Uzbekinvest” Saidolim Nasretdinov had successfully finished the School of insurance business at the Moscow State Institute of International relations (Russian Federation) having done his diploma focusing on reinsurance. In 2006 he finished Higher business school under the Academy of State and Public construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where his research work was Insurance.

After joining “KAFOLAT Insurance company” JSC Saidolim Nasretdinov has been rewarded with certificate of the European school of Management and Technology (Germany). In 2019 he attended the Directors Training Program of CII (UK), where he was attracted by the idea of implementing the high insurance standards of CII in Uzbekistan. 

Saidolim Nasretdinov is an experienced actuary and an established speaker in local and international conferences and meetings dedicated to insurance sector.

In 2019 Saidolim Nasretdinov and his team accomplished the project of opening the educational and examination center of Charted Insurance Institute in Tashkent city (the first center in Central Asia region), which was done in order to raise the standards of the Insurance Industry in Uzbekistan through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

He is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Association of Insurance Market Participants of Uzbekistan, which emphasizes on professional development of insurance market participants.
