Strategic Management & Planning Workshop
26 & 27 February 2025, 09:30 - 12:45 (UK)
Online Training Workshop
26 & 27 February 2025 - Two half-days
A well thought out and articulated strategy is a commercial imperative regardless of industry but often is an underdeveloped skill: never learned before you have to do it for real as a board director, and then learning it “on the job”. This course explores the three key essential elements: the business model, strategy creation and the business plan.
It is not about “doing strategy”, but thinking strategically: fundamental processes and stages as a spine from which hang the practical “doing”. The best practice is neither solely scientific nor formulaic.
