• Know insurance products and associated services for general insurance business.
• Understand underwriting and policy wordings for general insurance business.
• Know how to apply knowledge of principles of premium calculation of general insurance business to a given set of circumstances.
• Understand claims within the context of general insurance business.
• Know how to apply knowledge of principles concerning the operation of policy conditions affecting claims for general insurance business to a given set of circumstances
• Understand information and communication technology, security, confidential information and data protection within general insurance business.
• Understand customer service within general insurance business.

The training workshops will be delivered online via GoToWebinar, between 09:00 - 12:30 (UK), on either:

Your trainer is highly experienced and qualified in the subject matter, and as importantly, in how to deliver effective and productive online training sessions, ensuring all candidates are fully engaged to maximise the learning experience.

Your course will be interactive, with the use of screen share, virtual whiteboards, exercises and breakout opportunities to embed the knowledge learnt. Within the session, there will be advice provided on exam preparation and technique, and opportunities to practice examples of multiple choice questions. 

You will also receive a recording of the entire programme post course, along with all supporting documents used.
