Shauna works in Claims Transformation at RSA. Embarking on a strategic project, Shauna’s role is a Business Readiness & Support Analyst.
She has worked in the insurance industry for almost 5 years, joining RSA in 2019 as a Motor Claims Handler. Shauna start work on Claims Transformation as Motor SME before moving onto Household and Commercial, both new arena’s where she is excited for challenge and development.
She won the Excellence Shining Star award in 2022 at RSA for her integral role as a Motor SME, standing out with her vigilant and customer-centric approach.
Shauna is a successful candidate on the CII New Generation Programme where she volunteered to lead the Claims team and deliver their initiative. This is because her strength is being highly focused and competitive with the powerful ability to prioritize, set goals and work efficiently.
