Who is it for?
Those working in the insurance industry who provide products and services to customers, either face-to-face or over the phone.
What will they learn?
This is dependent on the various pathways. Apprentices will be required to complete a CII level 2 award and a competency-based qualification from the options provided in the framework. Apprentices will also complete employer rights and responsibilities as well as English and Maths L2 if not obtained prior to stating the framework.
Assessment
A combination of portfolio building, observation, assessment, and questioning on knowledge and understanding. This apprenticeship features SQA Level 2 SVQ in Providing Financial Services and provides a flexible approach to learning, letting employees choose units and credits.
