Course Summary
This framework specifies the standards and the criteria for the delivery of Level 3 Apprenticeship training and provision to achieve qualified status within the Financial Services Industry.

Who is it for?
Anyone who wants to work in insurance, banking, investments or mortgages. Progression from Providing Financial Services (L2).
What will they learn?
This is dependent on the various pathways. Apprentices will be required to complete a CII level 3 certificate and a competency-based qualification from the options provided in the framework. Apprentices will also complete employer rights and responsibilities as well as English and Maths L2 if not obtained prior to stating the framework.
Assessment
During the course (‘on-programme’), apprentices will be required to build a portfolio of evidence of various types as well as completion of CII exams.
Future job roles
This would depend on the chosen pathway but could include roles, such as financial services administrator, mortgage adviser or paraplanner.
