Benefits
Pension
We offer a 10% non-contributory stakeholder pension scheme. We also offer a Pension Booster salary sacrifice scheme available to staff to make their own contributions to their pension.
Annual leave
Our people receive 30 days annual leave (pro rata) in addition to the statutory bank holidays.
Parents
We offer 20 weeks leave at full basic pay to those who are taking maternity, shared parental or adoption leave. We also offer three weeks of paternity leave at full basic pay.
To be eligible, you must have been employed for at least 26 weeks continuously by the ‘qualifying week’ – if you are adopting that means the week in which you are notified you have been matched with a child for adoption, and in the case of childbirth it’s the 15th week before the week in which your child is expected to be born.
There is no obligation to repay if you decide not to return to work or you return to work on amended hours following the birth or adoption of your child.
You can also request up to 18 weeks of unpaid parental leave to spend time with your child (up until their 18th birthday). Up to four weeks of parental leave can be taken in any given year. Your total entitlement will depend on any weeks of parental leave you may have already taken with your previous employers.
