Martin is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in Business Development across multiple sectors. He joined the Group two years ago, where he leads the Corporate Development Team. With a passion for understanding where partnerships can raise professional standards and add commercial value to the sectors they support, he has helped the CII become a leading provider of B2B services in the Insurance and Financial planning sectors.

Prior to joining, Martin held various senior positions within the Post Office Group, where he gained valuable experience in business development, marketing, and customer relationship management. He is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of driving growth through innovative strategies. Under Martin's leadership, the team has helped numerous organizations achieve their business goals by providing tailored solutions to their specific needs.

Away from work, Martin is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time sailing, mountain biking, and walking his two dogs in the Lake District. He is also an avid snowboarder and can often be found hitting the slopes in British Columbia, where he attempts to prove that age is but a number.
