Laura Gauden

I'm the National Account Manager for the Society of Mortgage Professionals and joined the CII Group in April 2020, following a 15 year career in the Financial Services sector. I committed to supporting the Mortgage sector to demonstrate the true value of their advice, and passionate about ensuring the very best customer outcomes. I've held a variety of roles prior to joining, working for Paymentshield, CHL and Virgin Money, and was also part of the project team completing the successful Legal and Capital Restructure of Northern Rock. I hold a Business Finance Degree from the University of Durham and I'm Cert SMP Qualified. Outside of work, I'm a mum of two children, a keen singer and have performed to raise funds for charity at industry dinners.
